The Enneagram is one of the top personality tests the world currently has to offer and today we get inside information on this phenomenal tool, from enneagram expert, Lindsay Cook.
We take a look at all 9 enneagram types (you’ll be one of these) and then we dig into my personal type and how understanding my personality has benefited me, and my journey towards self acceptance and growth.
I’ve grown to absolutely LOVE this personality tool and I have no doubt that you will too.

Very interesting.I think we adjust how we utilise our personality during the different stages in life. I’m heading more into the second half of life and have been able to be “kinder” to myself and not feel the pressure to achieve or at least achieve in a different way.
On the basis of relationships I think a possible “warning” would not to sabotage or avoid a relationship if you feel the number types don’t match up.
I think understanding yourself is so important to living an authentic life. I’m not always a fan of just adopting one approach however and feel that other tools can be integrated in achieving this understanding. I’ve found the Clifton strengths finder so insightful and love how it focusses on strengths rather than weaknesses and attended a seminar on Strength Based Marriage. How does the Enneagram align with some of these types of models?
