As I re-listened to this episode this morning, I was struck by Natalie (Educational Psychologist)’s gentle way of guiding us away from burnout & towards a life with healthy boundaries in place!
We are all juggling many balls at the moment, some of which will bounce back-up once dropped, others that would simply shatter. In this episode we discuss how many of us workaholics live from 1 holiday to the next, only to head back into work and straight down the road to burnt-out..yet again. Many of us have used lockdown to reassess life, balance and work, and what I love most about this episode is Nat’s advice on building healthy boundaries and learning to stop apologising for prioritising what truly matters in our lives.
