Early Postpartum Workout Package
Congratulations on the birth of your baby!
Based on the fact that your body has been through enormous changes, it is essential that you wait until 6 weeks post partum before beginning any form of exercise.
Our workout plan can be done at home and it is safe for moms who have had natural birth as well as those who had caesars, but PLEASE ensure that you get the go-ahead from your gynaecologist or a Women’s Health Physio first.
Before beginning your actual workout, you’ll find more information in the PDF downloads on how to approach exercise based on whether you had a natural birth or a Caesar in.
You will receive a workout program as well as 3 inspiring audios (developed by Caitlyn) for mums in Early Postpartum.
Weeks are broken into 3 segments:
- Weeks 6 – 10
- Weeks 11 – 14
- Weeks 15 – 8
Day 1 focuses on lower body (30 min workout)
Day 3 includes an upper body workout & 30 min walk (50 min workout)
Days 5 focuses on lower body (30 min workout)
