At this time of year there is often a sudden drive to get in shape just in time for summer. Panic hits and many of us women turn to fad diets or crazy workouts, in attempt to look a certain way for summer.

    Love this! So important to keep the balance between becoming healthy over time whilst cultivating a healthy view on body image, health and family life. Think it is important to nourish our thoughts to let it influence the way we govern our bodies. Love what you said about the driving forces in our lives being either pain or pleasure. Concentrating on the pleasure you feel after having exercised is so important. Breaking bad habits and embracing new habits. Yes!!! Living intentionally, thoughtfully. Goal setting! So important and setting a date for those goals!
