This Trimester 1 workout programme begins in week 4 of pregnancy and continues until the end of week 12 of pregnancy. It is broken into three 3-week cycles; each week consists of 5 days exercise, 3 of which include resistance exercises and the other 2 suggested cardio.
This Trimester 2 workout programme begins in week 13 of pregnancy and continues until the end of week 24 of pregnancy. It is broken into four 3-week cycles; each week consists of 4 days exercise, 2 of which include resistance exercises and the other 2 suggested cardio.
This Trimester 3 workout programme begins in week 25 of pregnancy and continues until the end of week 36 of pregnancy. It is broken into four 3-week cycles; each week consists of 4 days exercise, 2 of which include resistance exercises and the other 2 suggested cardio.
* Basic Equipment Required: 1 x stretch band, 2 x light weights (1 - 3kg's), 1 x swiss (gym) ball
+6 WEEKS POSTPARTUM PROGRAM
Early postpartum is a blur for many mums. This package includes 3 inspiring audios developed by Caitlyn de Beer as well as simple quick home workouts that can be done as easy as 6weeks postpartum, from home.
It is suggested that the user begins the 12-week workout programme once they have received a doctor’s (gynaecologist or Women Health Physio) clearance, at week 6-post partum +.

WE'RE ROBS & KIT
Robs is an outdoorsy mom of 2, Biokineticist and sportswoman. She completed her Bsc Sports Science & Biokinetics honours degree at The University of Stellenbosch and later completed her Masters in Sports Medicine at the University of KZN, working with elite endurance athletes. Robs loves competitively taking part in trail running, mountain biking and paddling. She also loves travelling and enjoys working with a wide spectrum of patients from sportsmen and women, pregnant moms through to the elderly. Robs used her knowledge to design these workout programs.
Kit is a fit, healthy mom, Psychology lecturer, life coach & speaker. She has her honours in Clinical Psychology and is a Results life coach who has coached over 400 clients from 11 countries worldwide - inspiring them to create a life they love in a body they're comfortable in. Kit also loves Jesus, competitive running, travelling, the beach, yoga, her husband and 2 young kids
I started the Flourishing Fit Moms program in my second trimester and have loved every workout ever since. The programs are specifically designed to be managble during pregnancy and have helped me stay relatively fit and healthy throughout. I have loved how easy they are to follow and have managed to complete them all within the comfort of my own home!
