I'm a fit, healthy wife & mom of 2 under age 2 who's passionate about inspiring others to create a life that they love waking up to every morning!
I love my life, but to be honest with you, I haven’t always loved it. I know what it’s like when your life looks great from the outside but you're lost in performing for others approval, confused about what actually makes you happy and loathing the body you live in. I know what it's like to live as my own biggest critic.
My journey towards living-happy-now, has taken time and so much intention; but I can officially say that I love my life, my body and my career, and I'm determined to help you do the same.

HOW IT WORKS...
This is live 5-week course starting on the 5th Feb 2018. Every week you will receive a new audio, via email, that will walk you through the material for that week. You will also be encouraged to set up 2 x 45 minute Skype coaching sessions with Caitlyn, one falling in week 2 and one in week 4 (included in this course). On top of this you will be sent your prompted-journal at the end of week 1, which you will begin filling in in week 2 AND you will be added to a secret Facebook group where you'll be encouraged with self-love messages and prompts.
